How do you plan your goals?

I plan my goals by first identifying what I want to achieve, making sure my goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). Next, I break down each goal into smaller, actionable tasks and prioritize them based on importance and deadlines. I create a timeline with milestones to track my progress, using tools like to-do lists, calendars, or project management apps to stay organized. I regularly review and adjust my plan as circumstances change. Lastly, I stay motivated by visualizing my success and celebrating my achievements along the way.
