What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Physical activity has always been an integral part of my life due to the nature of my work. The combination of my daily responsibilities and a deep-rooted love for staying active ensures that I keep moving. However, when I have the luxury of spare time and an abundance of energy, I find myself drawn to particular forms of exercise that offer both a physical challenge and a sense of exhilaration.
- Running: There’s something liberating about lacing up my running shoes and hitting the pavement. Running, especially outdoors, allows me to escape from the daily grind, clear my mind, and feel a deep connection with the world around me. Whether it’s a leisurely jog through a scenic park or a more intense sprint, running provides a unique blend of solitude and self-discovery.
- Futsal (Indoor Soccer): Soccer, or football as it’s known in many parts of the world, has been a lifelong passion of mine. I enjoy both watching and playing the sport. While a full-fledged soccer game is a fantastic workout, I find a different kind of joy in futsal, which is indoor soccer played on a smaller field. The fast-paced nature of futsal demands quick thinking, agility, and teamwork, making it an exhilarating and dynamic form of exercise.
Balancing the physical demands of my work with these personal forms of exercise allows me to stay in shape and maintain my overall well-being. Running and futsal have become more than just workouts; they’re moments of pure enjoyment and a vital part of my life.
