Last year marked a significant milestone in my career; I published my second professional book. This decision stemmed from a desire to aid in the professional development of my colleagues in the fields of diamond drilling and exploration drilling.The journey of writing this book was not just about sharing knowledge but also about deepening my own understanding and expertise. The process required extensive research, collaboration, and practical application, which enhanced my technical skills and broadened my perspective in our specialized field.Through this experience, I learned the importance of contributing to the collective knowledge of our community. It reinforced my belief that growth often comes from teaching and sharing with others, not just from personal achievement. This decision to write and publish my book has not only helped my colleagues but has also spurred my own personal and professional growth.
